Horrific Customer Service

I must say staff from Nandos from Sunnyside Park Mall are extremely incompetent, I went to their restaurant on the 15/04/2013 to purchase their specials was attended by their manager Florence M, she swiped my card twice after I advised her not to and 2 transactions went of from my card for RR67.80 each. I showed her the SMS's on my cellphone showing her the error and she advised that there is nothing she could do but I need to bring my statement like this was my fault, Firstly I have been inconvenience by her error and now again I have to run around and request for statment and go the the branch again which is absolutely ludicrours just to get my monery back for her error.

To make things worse we ordered chicken with extra sauce and guess what that was not done. I mean you would expect such errors from a trainee and not a "MANAGER". I know this is a small amount but the receive received was extremeley bad and in future I don't see my selft going to that branch ever again.
