POOR SERVICE!

I had to wait in line for about 5-8 min which I had no problem with. I ordered & paid for what I wanted (Ice-cream) I was then told to wait aside for my ice-cream. I WAITED FOR 18 min, DID NOT MAKE ANY NOISE OR THROW ANY TANTRUMS, then the guy I was served by to eventually tell me that there is no ice-cream.

He did not even apologize, instead wanted to just give me back my money, which I did not take. I just turned around & walked out.

This is beyond dreadful! I could have just went next door to KFC & got what I wanted at a much cheaper price.

Yes, I may be just 'another customer' but then maybe I should also spread the word of mouth that the service at Mc Donald's, Carlton IS TERRIBLE!!!
