Continual bad service and attitude

I have regularly had shocking service at this branch of Pizza Perfect. They take on average 1hr30 minutes to deliver A pizza. I appreciate that they are busy but that is just ridiculous for ONE pizza. When I phoned to follow up on my order i was spoken to like I was inconveniencing the woman on the other end of the phone. This has happend more than once and my colleagues have complained of the same thing on numerous occasions.
