Consistency of HEROs - same price, smaller size

Just want to point out that I have had HERO rolls many times before so when I called in an order for a Mustard and Cheese HERO, I was expected to eat half now and save the other for dinner as I am not a big eater. When it got to me, it was literally as long as a pen (which I had to take a pic of as I couldn't believe how small it was). So my concern is that the price has stayed the same but the HERO itself is so much smaller.

When I phoned them (and spoke to Precious) to ask why they gave me such a small looking hot dog roll, I was told that Head Office delivers these rolls to them.

Had I known that these HERO's had gotten so small in a span of a few months there is no way I wouldve paid R42 for it.

I am not looking for a refund or anything like that but really want to just know what has happened to the consistency? I enjoy those HEROS but not at R42 for that size.
