Broken Website & Useless Call Centre

Tonight while trying to place an order on the Mr Delivery website it would not submit my order once I completed the form. I had to phone the national call centre who processed my order without correctly adding my toppings. Then I tried to submit a complaint using the website - this too didn't work. When my food arrived the wrong pizza had been ordered. When I phoned to complain to my local branch there was incredible noise in the background and the agent had the nerve to ask me to speak up.
