RIDICULOUSLY BAD SERVICE FROM CUSTOMER CENTRE

I phoned on Monday for the first time and informed the agent that I would be calling everyday to place orders for our staff members. They took down my information, which I assumed would be saved on a computer for my orders there after.

I called the Tuesday and I had to re-submit all my information again, I asked why my details hadd not been stored yesterday and she mumbled some answer.

My colleague phoned yesterday and the same thing happened.

I called today and its the same situation further more I PLACED AN ORDER FOR TWO MILD LAMB BRIYANI'S FROM THE RAJ, I REPEATED THE ORDER TWICE AND SHE RECITED IT TO ME TO ENSURE MY ORDER WAS CORRECT. ALMOST 2HOURS LATER NO FOOD HAS ARRIVED. I PHONE TO INQUIRE ABOUT MY ORDER AND THE LADY9DIFFERENT) SAYS SHE'LL FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED. SHE CALLS ME BACK TO SAY THE WOMAN (JOHANNA) THAT TOOK MY ORDER SAYS I ORDERED ONE BRIYANI... AND MORE RUBBISH. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO JOHANNA BUT LUCKY FOR HER SHE HAS GONE HOME. I REQUEST TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER, THERE AREN'T ANY AVAILABLE. SHE OFFERED TO STILL PROCESS MY LUNCH ORDER WHICH WILL ONLY ARRIVE CLOSE TO 5PM BUT I HAD TO CANCEL AS I FINISH AT 4.
