Shocking Attitude of Managers

I am shocked at the disregard of the manager at the Debonairs Branch on Florida Road with regards to an attempted on our property. I worked in Morningside and had ordered lunch from Debonairs Florida Road. I had allowed the delivery guy access to the property when he arrived at approximately 12H15. As the delivery guy was leaving the property, he attempted to walk out with a soccer ball from the property. I had called the branch at approximately 12H20 to advise them as to what had transpired and was told that a manager would call me back. When the manager did call back about an hour later I was busy and could not take his call. I have tried twice thereafter to get hold of him but to no avail. I understand that the item that the delivery guy attempted to take was not an expensive item but that does not mean that the action should be taken lightly. The fact that it is now almost 3 hours after the incident had occurred and I still have not had any response from the branch itself is very disturbing. Please be wary of delivery guys that we trust onto our properties as the managers do not seem interested in taking any action in investigating or resolving the matter.
