Debonairs Pizza
2 Hour wait

Today i ordered pizza from Debonairs in Lynnwood road at 12, at 1 o'clock my girlfriend called to find out where our delivery was. The lady who answered the phone then proceeded to attempt to block the phone mic while she helped in store customers and just ignored our call. Eventually, the lady said our food was on its way with the driver and hung up.

Realistically it is a 15 minute drive from the branch to our residence and well, we are still waiting for the delivery.

I could understand a delay if it was over a weekend or a evening delivery but given the fact that it is Wednesday afternoon i really can not understand the lack of service from Debonairs, very disappointing.
