Hair Found In My Meal, Twice!

On Sunday, 02/06/2013 my Fiance and I decided to have lunch at the Wimpy in the crescent shopping mall umhlanga. She had ordered the crumbed chicken with mushroom sauce.
We were seated outside and our table still had cutlery and dishes from the previous customer, there was also a fork and knife lying on the floor.

It took a sour turn however when my fiance had spotted a piece hair on her meal, this was after taking 2-3 bites and this now turned a great lunch into the start of an aweful experience. I called my waiter (Aubrey) whom seemed to be as disgusted as I was with the meal. He had apologised and asked if we wanted to order a different dish, but my fiance stated that she wanted a new dish of the same meal.
After a further 15 minutes her meal had arrived partly burned. I was done with my meal & she was nearly done with her meal and found another piece of hair under her new meal.
We are utterly disgusted with the level of hygeine that we experienced, despite not being charged for her meal I obliged to my for my meal with the manager (Charmain). I will pass my experience on to all my friends & family. Not a happy customer!!!
NO ACTION TAKEN WHILST I WAS IN STORE!!!
