Kauai Gardens, Wembley Sqr - Bad customer service!

The service I got from this branch was just pathetic. I ordered a full island breakfast and the African lady at the register who helped me thought I was ordering scrambled eggs. I was alarmed that the total amount was low and queried about it, so she said I can pay in the difference that she will change the order.

When I finally got the order I noticed I received two bacon strips instead of two pork rashers as it clearly shows on the menu. I went to the African man (who probably was the manager at that time) and he assured me that it was pork rashers but he explained the customers do get confused and that he will ask for the name to be changed.

Not a single soul apologised to me. One thing is for sure I will never ever go back to that branch again. You've lost a valuable customer.
