No Remedy to Complaint Placed 11 Days Ago

Following the written response received from Helene at the Mr. Delivery Head Office 10 days ago, I have received no further response, nor refund for the excess charge on my credit card, nor has credit been allocated to my account as promised by Eric (Manager at the Rondebosch Mr. Delivery branch), nor has a remedy been offered for their error and poor service. (Shortened version below.)

I placed an order with Mr. Delivery Rondebosch at 8.30pm on 14 Feb. 2013 for an order of sushi and pork from Mainland China (my first order from them), and two smoothies from Kauai - Order total: R323.90 (including delivery fee and processing fee) plus R26.10 tip.

My order arrived two hours later! The food was inedible: the sushi was dry and falling apart, the crispy pork was soggy, the rice was oily, and the pork in the pork fried rice was tough - and the rice was oily. On top of this, Mr. Delivery charged my credit card for the full amount including tip!

I am a regular Mr. Delivery customer. Not only was my order delivered two hours after placing the order, or my credit card charged with a large tip, but Mr. Delivery offered no remedy to make up for their error and poor service.
