Disappointing Once Again

I had ordered a wrap once from the Kauai on Malibongwe Virgin Active i explained that its against my beliefs to eat meat & i will get very ill if i do so, please can they prepare a veg wrap for me, they guy insisted that there is a veg option & he add veg strips, when i got my order after eating half of it i see there is beef shavings in this, when i questioned it the manager says it is veg but that is beef in wrap, confused as the manager doesnt know the difference between meat & veg, thats really scary, i decided to forget about it this was about a year ago, when i visited the sandton city branch yesterday the same incident, i ordered veg, they give me chicken pieces in the wrap, its against my beliefs & religion to eat meat, i will never support Kauui again or advise anyone to, i am really disappointed.
