KFC Gardens – Bad customer service!

Yesterday I went to the KFC in Gardens (Corner Buitenkant & Mills Street), Cape Town, South Africa. I ordered a Wicked Zinger Box Meal and asked for a super-size chips and Coke Zero cold drink. The coloured guy who helped me assured me all my goods are in the bag when he saw me looking inside the bag where the food was in.

I noticed the Choc Caramel Avalanche I ordered with the meal was not there. Without apologising he prepared the Choc Caramel Avalanche giving me a Mint and Choc Avalanche. I told him it's not what I have ordered and he seriously assured me that it was the Choc Caramel Avalanche.

Luckily one of his African co-workers (who looked like she could be the manager) corrected his stupidity because it appeared to me he didn't know how to do a Choc Caramel Avalanche. That guy is giving KFC Gardens a bad name and need to go on a course. Not a single soul even apologised to me. I don't think it bothers him that he is stupid.

The best part is, when I got home I noticed I was given a standard size chips and cold drink, but I was charged for super-size! One thing is for sure I will never ever go back to that branch again. You've lost a valuable customer.
