Continued bad service

Since moving to Hout Bay eight years ago my family has been ordering pizzas from this organisation. In the last 2years the service has been shocking and deteriorating rapidly. As frequent buyers we thought that they would value our custom, however, despite requesting that the manager phone us the last two times we received no response. They would send and charge us for large ribs instead of small (even though the order was repeated twice), deserts were forgotten, pizza/fries would be cold, orders would take 1 1/2 hours, etc. The complaint in that st Elmo's obviously is into transactional marketing vs. relationship marketing in a small community, and does to seem to appreciate customer life time value. I do not recommend this establishment as your once off payment will be the only thing of value to them.
