Mr Delivery - The worst delivery service in SA

I called Mr delivery yesterday afternoon and placed a delivery for 6 platters and drinks for today at 12:30.
I constantly called in to follow up and confirm that the order would be here on time. According to the lady Nomthando it would guaranteed be on time. I had extremely important business guests and a schedule to adhere to, hence the food needed to be delivered on time!!!

My guests returned to the meetings without lunch being served! the food eventually came 30 minutes too late!
I now have people who are extremely mad! as they are now not able to have lunch due to planned meetings.

The food is now laying in the kitchen and unable to be eaten!

I am extremely furious with the service received from Mr Delivery and extremely embarrassed that lunch was not available for our guests to enjoy!

In the past i have always recommended Mr Delivery to others, and will now advise them to no longer use them and will most definitely stop using them.

MR DELIVERY IS MOST DEFINITELY THE WORST DELIVERY PROVIDER IN SA
