On 01/06/2013 I went to the KFC in Mount Edgecombe as I usually do since this store had opened. I placed my order at 11:24am. There was a customer who had already started complaining as he was waiting for 40 minutes for his order. I was then told to stand on one side for my order. Another 10 customers were served after me and another 2 customers started complaining about their order as it was they had not received their complete order. In between I asked Andiswe where is my order. She asked the people at the back and then ignored me. I then looked at the screen where the staff looks at what has been ordered and I noticed another lady clearing my order. I waited another 15 minutes to see what Andiswe does and she just continued serving other customers. I then asked Andiswe again and she looked at the screen and my order was not there. She then asked me what I had ordered and I had to then run through it with her while she notifies the back staff to pass each item to her. When she had finally got my order it was 11:50am. I then contacted the area manager on 0718684944 and he did not answer. I then left a voice message with my details and to date he has not contacted me. Pathetic...
