I went to mac Donald's Cape Gate.
Wanted a takeaway cafe late. There was a long q for food and no q by the drinks so i asked the manager there if i can buy the late from there she said no from the other side. So i waited for about 15min to be helped it was fine i don't mind waiting, but what got me going was when i got to the font and wanted to order my Late the casher said the coffee maker is out of order, i mean really could the Manager not have told me that when i asked her if i can buy from her side. I don't know how you can run a place like Mac Donald's and dont have a clue what is going on in the shop. I am sick of bad service and will not return to them and i will make sure all my friends do the same. It makes me sick
