40minutes for food

After waiting in the drive thru for 15minutes I get to the cashier who makes me wait another 5minutes to tell me that there has just been an error and she cant process my order with my debit card. She asks me if i have 60 rand on me which puzzles me as my order amounts to R112.30.A guy by the name of Bomela tells me to come inside and pay for my food. I park and go inside only to be attended 5 minutes later after asking why am i not being attended to and my food is ready. I felt that this is real bad service.
