Rooihuiskraal waiting for 30 minutes

Friday 8 November 2013. At 12:20 I was first told that their card machine does not work and that I had to go and draw cash. On returning I was told by the attended at the drive trough collections that I must park in front of the outlet as my burger would take 6 minutes. After waiting in the car for 30 minutes I went inside and was told my "wings" are not ready. I was told to wait another 5 minutes. Why call your self fast food if it takes so long. Please something about this shop as this is not my first bad experience at KFC, mall@Reds.
