VERY BAD ATTITUDE & UNNECESSARY UPSET

I ordered my meal & after paying the lady assisting advised me she is preparing my order and will bring it shortly. As it was fairly busy I moved away from the counter so she may assist other clients while I wait. She then brought me the box with my pie and chips and I asked her for my drink as I had paid for a meal.
She then raised her tone in a rude manner telling me I must listen when she talks because she told someone to put it on the counter so I should have taken it.
My response to her was that I did not know she placed it on the counter as there were other customers collecting their orders and she did not speak directly to me.
Then I get told " thank you, you can go away now, you must learn to just keep quiet! Go away! "
I was highly offended and extremely angry at the way in which she handled the situation and the way in which she spoke to me. Now all the other customers had to stand and wait for her to finish her ranting when all she had to do was hand me my drink! This was not necessary at all!!!
