Doppio Zero
Poor service received by all staff

I am not happy with the poor service i keep receiving from the doppio zero in sandton city. My recent incident was the worst. Firstly food took around 45 minutes for two pizza's. At first the wrong food order was brought to the table. Drinks took ages to arrive so in the end we canceled our second drink order. When we asked for the bill they then brought the wrong tables bill. After a bad experience and a very average pizza their card machine went funny due to the waiter having no idea what he was doing! after complaining to a manager another manager was sent to the table to assist us... I AM STILL WAITING FOR HIM TO CALL (he took my name, cell number and email) after he promised he would as the service we received was unacceptable. I have no problem paying for quality food however the food was not the best and the service i am constantly receiving from this branch is shocking. I feel that because i am a young adult, the staff at this doppio do not see the need to give me the usual service which is unacceptable.
