Taught good lesson for highlighting poor service

Got the worst service every at ur Northgate branch, firstly ordered 2 drinks as i was very thirsty and asked the waiter if cld come collect as was very thirsty waited 15 minutes still no drinks after being told no will be back with then now. went to the toilet and only when bumped into the waiter did she remember my order.

when the food did eventually come my medium steak was burnt and made the silly mistake of highlighting it and was taken away after a was given an uncooked one instead called it quits paid for my 'meal' and tried to leave. manager, fortune insisted i shld get my money back as kitchen staff did nt know difference between medium and under cooked felt so insulted by attempted explanation called it a night

all the while my second drink still had not arrived as i went thru the 'cooking' of two steaks

lesson dnt complain bout your meal cause kitchen staff will sort u out
