No Smoking Regulations

I visit Doppio Zero Pinelopes regularly & every time I go there I ask to sit outside in a non-smoking area. They always advise that outside is a smoking area (upstairs & downstairs) despite the fact that it's under cover (which is against the law). It is incredibly frustrating that I as a non-smoker cannot sit outside without having to sit with the smokers. I would go so far as to say that advocate smoking as ash trays are placed on all their outside tables. There is not 1 no-smoking sign in place. How does a restaurant get away with this? This combined with terrible service a couple of weeks ago has ensured I'll never go back. Your "management" staff on duty on a Sunday are too busy flirting with each other and chatting up the customers to actually do their jobs.
