I ordered 2 "Original King Steer Combo's"
The lady serving me asked this and only this: "single or double cheese? "
I looked at the picture of the King Steer and saw a single slice of cheese on it and then responded by saying: "No extra, just single please! " When I got the bill it had extra cheese on both burgers at R9.00 a slice adding up to a total of R18.00 I had to pay for something I did not want! I asked the lady why she added it and she just said "Sorry"... I decided not to make a scene and waited for my meals. When I got the meals the one burger was a chicken burger??? This was the second mistake she has made! I then asked to speak with the manager! He could only apologize and didn't once offer to compensate me for my inconvenience. Which I would've turned down because I'm not looking for ways to get free stuff! I just expect good service and to not be charged for something I didn't want because Steers puts people under a false impression by teaching their staff to say "single or double" instead of "would you like extra cheese? If so, one or two slices extra? " Oh and when I received the new beef burger it didn't have the extra slice of cheese! Enough said!
