Cheese rip off

On 20 November I had people over and went to Steers, where I placed an order for 5 "Wacky Wednesday Burgers". The lady at the till added extra cheese to the order without me having requested this. When she swiped my card I did not immediately notice that she's charged me R279.50 instead of R170. That is R129.50 more than what I'd budgeted, for 20 slices of cheese I never requested. Then I was told they cannot do a refund. Steers, this is a rip off as I can buy 24 cheese slices at the supermarket for about R34. I will not be back! My message to you and all the other fast food people: I don't want the "supersize" or "the meal". I don't want extra cheese... I only asked for the burger, so give me just the burger! Don't try to pull a fast one and overcharge me. Listen when people place an order.
