Pathetic food and lack of respect for customers

23rd March we had a graduation party and 21st. To our surprise the food that we received was not what we expected or paid for. The food was very displeasing, and totally horrible. We decided that going to see them personally would definitely be a better option as getting hold of them is almost impossible. We are very disappointed at the lack of customer management skills by Annerie, as she was more than disrespectful to us as PAYING customers. We were also told directly that complaining to newspapers and HelloPeter doesnt scare her in the least. She lost her temper, telling us to leave as she will not be told what to do in HER restuarant. I find it a slap in the face as she told us that she's only willing to give us R1000 voucher for the food which wasn't consumed by guests. No apology was given to us regarding her disrespect and the lack of quality services received.
