Mr Delivery
Shocking Service and 3 hours late

I placed my order through Mr delivery at 1833 in the hope that i would have dinner by 1930. At 1938 i called to check and was told that delivery was on its way, i asked if this was for sure and was assured it was. At 2003 i called again only to be told that the order could not be found on the system and it had to be placed again. At 2056 i called again and was advised they would call me back. It is now 2103 and no call back, no food and no apology for a very bad service.
What happened to customer care. My order is one item from one place.
Really, really dissappointed.
