If you want to enjoy an evening at Emperors, don't go to Queen of the Nile.
Rather have dinner in one of the restaurants in the food court or from the carts on the casino floor. Food is hot, service is given with a smile.

We waited 15-20mins in the queue last night just to have our reservation marked off and to pay. We were 3rd in the queue which makes it worse. If you have a restaurant that size, don't have 1 person on the desk with one pay point!! We are then told to wait to be seated, someone looking like a manager walks over to ask if we've paid and been helped, we say we apparently waiting to be seated, all we get is a ' someone will be with you now to seat you ' then he walks off. Tell me, how hard is it for him if he's the manager to take us to a seat, instead we must wait for another 10mins for someone else to help us!!! This isn't the first time we've had bad service from them. But im happy to say this is the last time we'll ever go there. And i'll make sure everyone i speak to about Emperors will be told to avoid Queen of the Nile.
The ladies at the carts on the casino floor and the barmen at the mobile bars are great to deal with, I'll support them anytime.
