Bad Attitude and aweful Service

Visited Spur Twin Peaks Sunday 24/03/2013 lunch time 1pm we waited for our lunch more than 20 mins and arrived cold i sent back nachos to get new hot serving and the manageress Chonease Wannenberg approached our table with a bad attitide she advised me that she would take off the bill however this order was placed by me and shouldve been given to me regardless of being taken off menu another sign of poor customer service, Chonease then took down my details and i was assured that the owner would call me Monday 25th it is now Tuesday 26th and i have receive no courtesy call to date. I requested the bill at front desk and enquired from Chonease where the nachos was, she turned to me and said she had taken off the bill in abrupt manner and said she could have some ready within 10 mins i said to leave it i was extremely irate by then and she walked off no apology nothing.

This type of behavior is unacceptable and not our 1st distasteful encouter at this establishment i definetly will not go there again and will encourage my friends not to either.
