Mr Delivery
Drivers don't have airtime. Or a GPS. Or manners

I'm very disappointed by the level of service I received last night. I had ordered Nando's and requested delivery to Wits University. I was very specific regarding where I was and procedures to follow in order to get there. The driver, who was seemingly lost, called me, shouting at me on the phone, asking me what he must do now that he's lost, telling me to come find him, and then, had the audacity to tell me to call him back because he's using his cell phone. If this is customer service, then I think Mr delivery needs to reassess what it stands for. Not impressed. When I eventually got my food, it was terribly cold. I didn't even get an apology from the driver.
