Going backwards fast

From eating at your fast food outlet weekly it changed to every 2 weeks and then monthly and I think you have lost us for ever. Staff that to you when you order a rock shandy but must have sprite zero instead. It arrives but no can, when asked where the can was get told it was all poured into glass, I informed him that the whole tin does not fit and upon tasting the drink found it to be soda water. Food arrives and the curry is bland no taste. we are normally a table of eight and have found the staff you have serving to be quite useless from telling us that you are closing in 45 minutes we can only have burgers to lying to the quality of your food. Staff do not check on their tables run out of drinks not even half way through meal have to call for service, nowhere near last years service, a local customer lost.
