Slow, slow, slow service and awful food!

We ordered a BBQ burger and 2 pizzas. Our drinks arrived promptly but the food took forever! Finally the burger arrives but no pizzas. Then after 10 minutes 1 pizza arrives but the other one is nowhere to be seen. We complain and we moan. The waitress goes to yell at the pizza maker. He seems half asleep. The second pizza arrives when everyone else is finished eating! No apologies and they still charge us for everything. Shocking service. Plus when we walked in the 2 waiters had a loud argument about who was going to serve us, really? In front of your customers. The food was mediocre at best. My mother declared the burger inedible - she ate the bun and left the meat and the pizzas were bland. I can't believe this restaurant [if it can be called that] has actually survived at the Zoo this long! Unfortunately there is nowhere else to go and eat at the Zoo.
