Poor service and hygiene

Round about 1:30pm, I bought (takeaway) two Cobb salads. I was assisted a ladywho is a manager there with my order. Wen waiting for my salad I noticed a roach passing by the kitchen to the customer tables. Wen my order came I noticed that no folk or serviat was packed so I had to ask for it. Trusting Mugg and Bean and Being assisted by a manager I didn't see the need to check my order. To my surprise when I got to work the salad didn't have any cheese. Unfortunately I couldn't return back as it was raining and I don't have a car furthermore my lunch was almost over. I want to be compensated or a partial refund coz I paid full amount for an incomplete salad.
