Debonairs Pizza
Poor Service

I am not someone who readily complains about service having said that on the 15'th of March I ordered pizza's online from Debonairs at 18h20. I ordered 2 pizza and mini sausages. At 19h00 when the food had not arrived yet I phoned the branch, only to be told that the orders had gone out and there was no way she could tell me when our delivery would be as they were quite busy. So we waited, at 19h50 a manager phoned me just to let me know that they had run out of stock on the sausages. My question was "had my order left yet as I had been told that it had" I heard a 100 excuses of how they were busy etc etc and that he would get back to me. At 20h05 when he had not come back to me I then phoned the branch again, only to be told that the manager that had phoned me orginally had left with some orders himself. I then told the lady that if I did not receive my pizzas by 20h30 I was not paying for them. Well needless to say just before 21h00 the pizzas had still not arrived! So I phoned the branch again to tell them to just cancel the order as my family and I were now starving. Needless to say we got in our vehicle and went and purchased takeways from another fast food outlet.
