Mugg And Bean
No care attitude

My wife and I were visiting the V&A Waterfront Mugg and Bean on the 3rd January and were seated just next to the service counter when one of the waiters dropped a milkshake drink right next to us and the contents splashed all over my wife's hand bag and foot. The staff proceeded to clean up the floor but did not bother to say sorry or ask whether we were alright. On looking down my wife discovered that her handbag and leg were covered with milkshake and had ask for a cloth to clean it off. We went back to Mugg & Bean on the 6th January and after being bumped by the staff of Mugg & Bean we were given off lettuce in our chicken and cranberry salad. We called the manager and told him. The attitude was uncaring. This restaurant caters for international visitors and has an attitude and serves food that is not of a high quality
