4 MONTHS LATER & STILL NO RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT

On the 5th of November I posted a complaint on Hello Peter regarding poor service delivery. Up to now no one has even contacted me from Nando's to address my complaint. Nando's should please not again respond with the same generic response as that has no value! I will not let the matter go! I want this matter addressed and corrective measures taken.
