Wow, what an improvement!

A few months ago a made a compliant about this branch and again about a week at because I was not happy with the way in which my compliant was handled. Shortly after my second complaint I received a phone call from the owner. I was happy with the way he addressed my complaint and he was very friendly and helpful. Today I returned Nando's in Queensburgh and I felt like royalty. I received outstanding service, excellent food and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Nolan who was helping me went out of his way to give good service. Now that's what I expect when visiting a Nando's! Well done! I'll be back.
