Nandos
ORDER COMPLETE MESS

We ordered NANDOS at the Drive through Klipfontein on Friday 11 October, the order that we received was totally wrong:
We ordered the following:
4 Giblets starters, 3 mild and 1 lemon and herb - we received 3 lemon and herb and 1 mild.
We ordered a mielie, this was out of stock. We ordered a regular wedges, we never received this.
We ordered 3 burgers with chips - 2 mild and 1 hot - the hot one tasted like lemon and herb as well.
We ordered a strips and rice, mild, this was not edible, there was 4 strips and the whole box, it was very dry and the chicken tasteless.
We phoned them, when we got home to ask about the wedges that we never received, they said we must come back to pick it up, this is very inconvenient, as we are staying on the other side of town.
No NANDOS, this is very bad service, we had problems with NANDOS before, we seldom get the food that we order, like the previous time that we didn't receive the giblets and our rolls.
I don't want to drive back every time to get some of the order that was never received, where is the nice tasty food that we once enjoyed! The previous time I had to contact the owner because of a wrong order!
