Franchise doesn't bother to repair equipment

Once again this week, for the fourth consecutive week the milkshake machine at KFC in Sunward Park is not working. I have lodged a complaint about this and it seems that nothing has been done about it. The milkshake machine seems to be permanently out of commission. I don't think that it is acceptable that this franchisee is not repairing this machine with any sense of urgency. Often the Credit/ debit card machine is also not operational at this branch. I am very concerned that action is not being taken and this is not only forcing customers to use other QSR brands such as MacDonalds but this is also tarnishing the KFC brand. Please do something about this as I am escalating this issue to the KFC head office in the USA since clearly action is not forthcoming
