No more R29 "special" after 20:15

Was at the above mentioned branch at 20:25 on the 1/04/2013.Was helped by a beautiful, young, friendly lady with lots of gold in her teeth. When asked what my order would be, I replied that I would like the "Special meal" (as advertised on tv with the milkshake). I was then told that the machine for the milkshake gets switched off at 20:15 reason being, ...they close at 21:00. I was then asked if I would like any other meals and I kindly declined and left the branch/franchise. No problem with the service... Just want to know why they don't switch the machine off 15 minutes before closing and state it on their sign in the shop?
