KFC not up to standards

I have been to kfc in armitage road about 2 weeks ago and the crusher machine was not working. Went in few days after, once again its not working. Now the card machine is not working. 3 days in a row i have been there recently and still no krusher machine and card facility not working. You ask the staff and they also say this wee or tomorrow. I think there is no interest in customer satisfaction and the required advertised food products. No signs to say Card machine not working or Machine out of order. But i really think of the time thats elasped so far. The machine could have be fixed. Why open a franchise and not keep up with standards that suppose to be set. Is anyone from KFC even checking on the franchise.
