Pathetic service/ paying and not receiving

KFC Windhoek - Thursday morning (yesterday) at 11h36 went to get some Kentucky, for the 3rd time the service is pathetic and you get home, with only half of the order in the bag. The lady at the drive-thru also made a mistake, then when you call, no one answers the phone. KFC plz close your doors, as the service is PATHETIC, and we are paying for the bad service!!!
