Service without a smile

I've been to Mcdonalds in Vereeniging a number of times and the service there is very bad. The cashiers never smile (in fact, they're always grumpy) and they have stinking attitude. They act like they are doing you a favour when they serve you, they never say thank you and the food always looks messy. Today, I bought Mud Pie Mc Flurrys and the cashier didn't give my bank card back, I had to pull it out of the speedpoint myself when she gave me the receipt. She didn't think to mention that she's finished with it. And as always the Mcflurrys were messy
