Firstly Rochester had to refund me and they told me it takes 48 Hours.. it took more than a WEEK AND A HALF on last week Wednesday 14 August 2013 I placed my order again, yesterday I get a call oh sorry we have bad news your order failed the Quality Check new stock has to be assigned... I started my Transaction with Rochester Parkview on 30 July 2013 and up to tday I have not received my furniture!!! Service is pathetic every time I call them they say "oh I was about to call you" I have to do all the follow up's myself! pathetic pathetic pathetic DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ROCHESTER! You WILLbe disappointed. And then they charge me something like R 400.00 to deliver with in 2km from their Store. I have never in my life had such a difficult time to make a purchase, Nobody not even the manager even takes the Courtesy to call and apologise or offer free delivery after all the cost incurred of calling them the whole time, keeping my funds for more than 1 week before refunding me!!! according to Jonas it would have only taken 48HRS. WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
