What happened to them calling me back?

I logged a complaint a LONG TIME AGO about Wimpy getting my order wrong and the call center said they will log the call and get back to me, it has been over 4 weeks and yet nothing.. is this how you people handle complaints?
i will never go to Wimpy bellville becuase clearly the people there stupid and dont care about how we feel with regards to the food we pay for at the end of the day
all of you can just burn in ##
