Spur Steak Ranches
DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!

Yesterday was my daughter's 2nd birthday, we decided that we and the family where going to come for the breakfast, as my little girl loves your play area, especially the trampoline.
We have always had good service when going to this spur, perhaps the staff in the evening are much better then the morning!!!
After being seated we waited a good half n hour before being seen to, eventually I asked to get some service and the waitress came and helped as if she was doing us a favor, I wish I had her name, but I don't.
There were 7 of us and we all ordered the breakfast special, after waiting another half n hour we got our food, well only 5 of us, the other 2 waited for a good 15 minutes, I then asked the manager and she said she didn't know that wanted breakfast, even though we ordered and she wrote 7 down?? I then told her it was my 2 year olds birthday if they can please sing to her, nothing happened for half n hour, I then went to the Manager who said they will organize right away, still nothing happened. We eventually sang to her our self and left. As well as all the other tables around us because of the bad service that was given to them.
