Wimpy Head Office does not help themselfs

I have bought food from Wimpy Bracken City, worth of R500.00, I collected the food and brought it back to the office, once I got to the office, I had to find that the food was not presented properly in the serving dishes and it was as oily as and the order was completely wrong, I asked that once of the breakfast MUST NOT HAVE ANY EGG AND THEY GO AND PUT A SOGGY EGG IN. The other breakfast we asked for a Frankfurter, and never received it, but was charged for it. I dish my dogs food better then what you guys did and please ware so hats, we don't need you hair in my food. I have laid a complaint at Wimpy Head office and still nothing was done about the complaint, it has been over two weeks now, and then they have the cheek to say complaints gets resolved within 48 hours. I have contacted them about 4 times in this two week period. Wimpy Bracken City and Head Office should go and learn some customer service at Wimpy Alberton Mall.
