Can Not enjoy every Moment at Wimpy

I am so fed up with Wimpy. How many times would you like to be told that there is a problem at this branch? How many times must one say that things arent running there properly? I am disgusted that you would treat your customers with such disgrace! I called to place my order and stated i will come and collect and pay by card 10 - 15 Minutes later i arrive at the Wimpy expecting my sandwiche to be ready but they had not even started it? i had to wait another 10 minutes while they made it? another thing i saw that was pretty gross, the chefs handling your food dont have gloves or anything on, but they coughing etc into their hands and then touch the food you have to eat. This is pathetic if you ask me, and everytime i order from Wimpy Florida there is always a hassle, yet, i truly dont see how hard it could be to just serve people in the correct way and manner, its food... Not just some service... Food is taken seriously.
