Almost two weeks and NO results

I have laid a complaint against KFC one week ago, they promised me they would escalate it to head office and I would receive a call from head office as well as from the franchise owner. It's been one week and still no response, no feedback and still no sight of my money that KFC took without permission. I am disgusted to say the least by this pathetic service.

Money that is rightfully mine has been taken and still not been given back to me. I find this behaviour unacceptable and will no longer accept this. I have been more then accommodating to KFC, however you show no loyalty to your clients.
