Pizza Perfect
DELIVERY NOT ALLOWED DUE TO COMPLAINTS

I was just on the phone with Pizza Perfect Castle walk, speaking to Caroline.

First one of the staff answered, asked for my phone number, after a few seconds asked me if I am going to have a problem with their branch again... Then after explaining to her that if they could do their work properly I would have no problem with them, she gave the phone to Caroline where as she told me I am not allowed for delivery and that I have to collect. She also added that I have 2 free pizzas I can collect due to last time where the delivery was over an hour late. I told her that I do not mind paying for my pizza, but I would like it delivered. She informed me again that due to that I have complained a few times before I am not allowed for delivery.

How ridiculous is that??? Is that how Pizza Perfect resolves their problems, but getting rid of result of the problem??

How about Pizza Perfect fix the nature of their problems rather than making it the problem their customer's?!

Unacceptable behavior.
